Yii

Yii is an experimental, Copenhagen-based duo, consisting of alto saxophonist Luka Zabric (SI), and vocalist Laura Zöschg (IT). The two meet each other in a world of strange, surreal dreams, where narratives take unexpected turns and somehow familiar faces remain unknown.

Their music meanders through improvisations, songs, motifs and poems, taking the acoustic phenomena of our instruments as a starting point and extending their sonic spectrum into dream-like, surrealistic realms.

The duo released their debut album entitled “The trails of levitating creatures” on November 27th, 2025, on CRRNT Records.
